Clear Sky Construction, Inc (CSC) was founded in 2016, and is based in Northern California's beautiful Bay Area. The founder, Dean McMillan, has two decades of residential and commercial construction experience. Originally from Baltimore Maryland, he is now firmly planted in the Bay Area. Just recently he was joined by Winn Johnston as the CFO to help manage the growing business and it's back office.
